Our approach focuses on 4 key components, with Default Settings and Presence at its core, to enable the process of deriving options for every leader. By understanding our Default Settings, we have the ability to stop and reflect if a certain choice is best for a given situation.

In addition, when working with leaders we focus on the non-tangible assets of the leader which are seldom addressed in traditional knowledge based learning programmes. For example, questions such as:

  • who are you?
  • what motivates you?
  • what are your values?
  • what is unique about you?
  • what do you dislike the most?
  • what do you obsess over?

are some of the conversations we have in our programmes. We believe that by having these conversations in a structured manner enables the leader to assess their current preceptions and what they need to do to become more effective leaders.
